- My name is Brianna Montagano I go to Sylvan Springs Church of Christ. I've been doing Lads to Leaders for 7 years and I've loved it from the very beginning. Last year, I had the honor to carry the banner for Parade of Leaders. This year, I am looking forward to competing and learning more. The theme this year is from 1 Timothy 4:12. It says "Let no man despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity."
